The Huntsville Strings Shop idea was born from a desire to further the art of strings music in the North Alabama area. Since the local school band programs do not offer strings, we felt there is a need to be fulfilled for strings instruction and of course a place to provide quality instruments for those strings students as well as already accomplished players. We have instruction in violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, and piano.
The Huntsville Strings Shop has the best selection of violins for sale in North Alabama. We also rent violins as well as violas, cellos, and basses. We provide bow re-hairing and other services. Huntsville Strings Shop also carries a good selection of acoustic stringed instruments such Guitars, Banjos, Mandolins, and Ukuleles

Our instructors have over 150 years of combined teaching experience and all have impressive music teaching credentials.
